As a Professional Indemnity Associate in Bristol, you will handle a varied PI caseload within a top-tier PFR practice, advising insurers and professional services clients. You work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on high-quality, timely guidance across defence, advisory, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of professional indemnity claims, including coverage issues
• Provide high-quality, timely advice aligned with client expectations and service standards
• Collaborate with Partners and colleagues on complex, high-value matters

Key requirements

• NQ-4 PQE, or equivalent
• Strong litigation background
• PI or insurance experience helpful but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and prioritisation
• Interest in business development and networking
