Responsibilities

• drafting and maintaining precedents, templates and guidance materials
• providing technical support on complex corporate matters
• monitoring legal and regulatory developments
• keeping lawyers up to date with market and legislative changes
• delivering training programmes and supporting junior lawyers

Key requirements
