MDM Data Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the Master Data Management function to ensure accurate, consistent and high-quality data across the organisation. You will shape and execute the data strategy, enabling data-driven decision making and supporting cross‑functional teams. You will collaborate on governance, quality and compliance initiatives while guiding data management practices. Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement Master Data Management strategies across the organisation
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity of master data
• Lead data governance, quality and compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise data processes and enable data-driven decision making
• Shape and execute the company’s data strategy with emphasis on MDM and data quality
• Provide leadership and mentorship in an MDM/data management function

Key requirements

• Proven experience in MDM or data management roles, particularly in a Lead or managerial capacity
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and best practices
• Desirable experience in the insurance or Run Off industry
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
• Background in data governance, quality and compliance
