Responsibilities

  • Act for national and regional housebuilders, developers and landowners
  • Advise on strategic land acquisitions and disposals
  • Negotiate development, option and promotion agreements
  • Support large-scale residential and mixed-use development projects
  • Support business development initiatives and help grow the team’s market presence

Key requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in residential development, commercial property or strategic land work
  • Demonstrable experience acting for developers, housebuilders or landowners
  • Strong technical ability combined with commercial awareness
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
  • Ability to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy
