Overview
In this role you will manage a varied residential property caseload within a leading Bristol team, handling development and financing work for lenders, developers and investors. You will operate with minimal supervision on technical matters and contribute to leadership and business development. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality drafting and transactional support. You will be supported by a collaborative culture and hybrid working, with opportunities to shape the team and broader real estate practice.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload across residential development, bridging finance, refinances, title splitting, plot sales, infrastructure agreements and auctions
- Act for lenders, developers and investors in the residential real estate space
- Advise on technical matters with minimal supervision
- Support junior team members and contribute to leadership initiatives
- Build and nurture client relationships and expand the network
- Support business development through events, publications and sector engagement
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 5+ years PQE
- Strong background in residential development and complex conveyancing
- Excellent drafting, organisation and client-handling skills
- Confidence managing files independently and mentoring others
