Business Process Project Manager – AI Business Solutions

Overview

In this role you drive AI-enabled transformation engagements for enterprise customers as part of Microsoft Frontier Company. You will lead delivery under a formal SOW, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned to client objectives. You’ll coordinate architects, consultants, and partners to deploy ERP/CRM/automation and AI-enabled solutions across teams and locations. Your work directly supports measurable business value and responsible AI governance. This is an opportunity to shape large-scale digital transformations with cross-functional teams and strategic customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery under a formal SOW with predictable execution and measurable business outcomes
• Manage delivery excellence, engagement quality, customer satisfaction, and value realization
• Navigate difficult situations, resolve conflicts, and drive executive communications
• Coordinate Microsoft architects, offshore resources, partners, and specialists across disciplines
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of large, complex projects across multiple business areas and locations
• Identify, pursue, and close strategic business development opportunities within accounts
• Translate business needs into AI-enabled technology solutions and contract/SOW language

Key requirements

• Extensive hands-on PM experience in large-scale ERP/CRM/automation/AI-enabled solutions (e.g., Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce.com)
• Hands-on experience with ERP or customer engagement solutions (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
• Agile project delivery experience
• Strong inbound/outbound stakeholder management with risk, scope, planning, and communication skills
• Excellent English proficiency and valid UK work permit/residency
• Experience delivering AI-enabled delivery and/or familiarity with Copilot/Copilot Studio/Power Platform is a plus
