Staff Product Manager

Overview

As Staff PM at Mews, you will own a critical portion of the hotel distribution domain, shaping strategy and the investment case behind key initiatives. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts with a technically deep director and a fast-moving team to deliver meaningful impact for thousands of hotels worldwide. You’ll define end-to-end product direction, drive ROI-driven prioritisation, and represent Mews in the hotel distribution ecosystem. You’ll also raise the bar for PMs through coaching and strong discovery practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction for a key part of how Mews connects hotels to the global distribution ecosystem
• Lead the strategy and roadmap for a major 2026 product initiative, including investment case and executive decisions
• Drive portfolio-level prioritisation and develop ROI and risk models to guide investments
• Represent Mews externally to the hotel distribution community and feed market insight back into strategy
• Coach and raise the bar for PMs around you by establishing discovery and product standards
• Own complex discovery work by translating data and experiments into decisions
• Make hard integration trade-off calls in close partnership with senior engineers and external partners

Key requirements

• 8+ years in product with Staff or Principal PM experience
• Experience building investment cases and financial models shaping executive decisions
• Track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder discovery and evidence-based decisions
• Experience mentoring or coaching senior PMs
• Experience shipping complex integrations with third-party partners at scale
• Technical confidence to collaborate as a peer with senior engineers
• Familiarity with hotel distribution, OTAs or connectivity tech is a plus
• Fluency with AI tools as part of product practice
