Overview
In this role you will manage a wide range of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion in Frome, supporting a busy conveyancing team. You will handle sales, purchases, shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions with minimal supervision, delivering strong technical work and excellent client care. The position offers flexibility (full or part-time) and a chance to join a respected multi-practice firm focused on growth in the Somerset market. You will contribute to a collaborative culture and help maintain the firm’s high standards in residential conveyancing.
Responsibilities
- Independently handle a broad spectrum of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
- Manage a busy caseload including sales, purchases, shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions
- Work with minimal supervision within a conveyancing team to maintain high service levels
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise and client-facing skills to support matter progression
Key requirements
- Minimum of five years’ experience in residential property law
- Qualified as Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team
