Talent Acquisition Executive

Overview

In this role you will support the RPO recruitment function by sourcing and screening candidates for live vacancies, with a focus on tech talent. You will work closely with clients and the RPO team to build candidate shortlists and manage the candidate experience. You’ll develop IT recruitment expertise (DevOps, Developers, Testers) and use Cord, job boards and LinkedIn to fuel business development. This opportunity includes contributing to the growth of the RPO team and maintaining strong candidate relationships to drive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Understand vacancy requirements and source suitable candidates
• Create screening forms for new roles
• Daily CV filtering from the Applicant Tracking System
• Phone screening to assess vacancy fit
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist to send shortlists to Hiring Managers
• Source candidates via Cord, job boards and LinkedIn for business development
• Become an IT recruitment SME focusing on DevOps, Developers and Testers
• Maintain high standards of candidate management and relationship-building
• Distribute psychometrics, MMATs and candidate brochures to shortlisted candidates
• Promote RPO and group services where relevant
• Arrange interviews with hiring personnel
• Provide admin support to the RPO function
