In this Senior Project Manager – AI & Innovation role, you will drive AI-driven initiatives across Business Assurance IT, overseeing POCs, MVPs and digital solutions from idea to adoption. You’ll work hands-on with AI tools, refine prompts, and translate business needs into practical use cases, prototypes, and scalable implementations. You’ll collaborate across IT, Operations, Sales and other stakeholders to shape a pragmatic AI roadmap with measurable value. Responsibilities

• Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept to deployment and adoption
• Develop, test, and refine prompts for specific business use cases
• Translate operational challenges into AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes
• Conduct structured experimentation, gather user feedback, and iterate solutions
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to scale prototypes into solutions
• Promote responsible AI use with focus on data quality, governance, and value
• Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, digital products, and transformation initiatives
• Create project plans, budgets, timelines, risk controls, success metrics, and adoption plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Maintain momentum, manage dependencies, and ensure measurable business impact
• Balance governance with agile, delivery-focused execution
• Identify and evaluate AI/automation opportunities and contribute to AI roadmap
• Support rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of successful solutions
• Assist stakeholders in understanding AI value and applications

Key requirements

• 5+ years in project management, digital transformation, or related fields
• Experience in Certification/Business Assurance is strongly preferred
• Track record delivering technology-enabled projects from concept to implementation
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering for business applications
• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience in global, matrix organizations coordinating across functions and geographies
• Agile, experimental mindset for turning ideas into practical solutions
• Experience with Salesforce or AI initiatives supportingSales-related use cases is a plus
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus and local language
• Agile project delivery experience preferred
