We are working with an established and growing technology services business looking to hire a Client Relations Team Supervisor to join their team in Ware.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service, administration and operations who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating multiple priorities and supporting a busy client-facing team.
The role:• Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams• Coordinate customer queries, service calls, engineer visits and installations• Support customer onboarding, contracts, billing and pricing administration• Manage shared inboxes and ensure actions are followed through to resolution• Maintain accurate customer, equipment and contract information across internal systems• Support and cross-train team members to ensure strong coverage across the department• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service standards• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Service, Engineering and Operations
What we’re looking for:• Previous experience in customer service, client relations or a similar operational role• Strong organisation and excellent attention to detail• Confident telephone and written communication skills• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once• Experience using CRM, database or operational systems• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel• Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach• Someone comfortable taking responsibility and helping support the wider team
