Hub Manager: People & Performance Lead

The Ministry of Justice is advertising for a Band 5 Hub Manager within a Civil Service establishment. The role is non-operational but involves people management, policy development and liaison with external stakeholders.

You will manage staff performance, conduct appraisals and support unit governance while championing flexible working arrangements. Working patterns are hybrid where possible, with standard 37 hours per week.
