Business Development Manager – South East England (Remote)

Hydrasun is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure profitable opportunities across the South East of England.

This is a genuine business development role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and converting opportunities into long term partnerships.

You’ll drive growth across existing and new customers, promoting Hydrasun’s integrated engineering solutions with a particular focus on Instrumentation, Measurement and Analytical products.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across existing and prospective customers.
  • Growing and developing strategic key accounts.
  • Promoting Hydrasun’s instrumentation, measurement and analytical solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Managing opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM data.

What You’ll Be Bringing

Essential

  • Proven success in Business Development, Sales or Key Account Management.
  • Experience selling Instrumentation, Measurement and Analytical products.
  • Background selling technical products, services or engineered solutions.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to engage customers at both technical and commercial levels.
  • Track record of delivering sales growth and profitability targets.

Desirable

  • Energy sector experience.
  • Knowledge of Hydrasun’s wider product portfolio.
  • Experience selling value added engineering services and integrated solutions.
