The Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead will drive Agile delivery governance for a banking technology programme, ensuring sprint execution, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, and smooth handovers across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams.
Suggested Experience
8+ years hands on in Agile delivery / Scrum Master roles, preferably in banking, fintech, Salesforce, or payments transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Own sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track sprint progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and escalation items with clear ownership and due dates.
- Interface with ClearBank project managers and client stakeholders to provide transparent delivery updates.
- Coordinate time-zone handovers between onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams to ensure continuity of execution.
- Support backlog readiness by working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Tech Leads, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Drive Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, predictability, defect leakage, and impediment aging.
- Ensure delivery governance, status reporting, RAID management, and adherence to client delivery standards.
