Isles of Scilly Site Manager – Social Housing Project

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major housing development on St Mary’s, Isles of Scilly. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating civil and structural works and managing subcontractors to deliver 27 dwellings and associated infrastructure.

The role requires strong health & safety knowledge, excellent communication and the ability to keep works on programme while working on a 12 days on / 2 days off rotation.
