Registered Manager – Castleford / Wakefield (WF10) Role: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Location: Castleford / Wakefield, West Yorkshire – WF10

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential service in the Castleford/Wakefield area. You will take overall responsibility for the effective management of the home, ensuring children receive outstanding care while supporting and developing the staff team.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Overall management of the children’s home.
• Leadership and development of the residential team.
• Safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
• Maintaining regulatory and organisational standards.
• Monitoring care plans, records and outcomes.
• Working collaboratively with social workers and partner agencies.
• Managing staff performance and development.
• Promoting a positive culture within the home.
• Ensuring the service is continuously improving.
