Prison Mental Health Clinician — Lead Care

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a registered mental health practitioner to join the Mental Health In‑Reach Team within a prison setting. You will provide specialist mental health care to offenders, deliver focused clinical assessments, and contribute to integrated care plans with community teams.

You will manage a varied caseload, participate in multi‑agency safeguarding, and support custodial staff in risk assessment and resettlement planning.
