Learning Disabilities Locality Team Lead – Band 7

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 7 Learning Disabilities post based in Birmingham. The role supports the Learning Disability Services Leadership Team and is a 12-month, full-time fixed-term contract, with a salary of £49,387 to £56,515 per annum.

The post holder will drive evidence-based practice, manage a multidisciplinary team, and take lead responsibility for first line management within the service, reporting to the Business Unit Service Manager.
