Dementia Care Leader — Build a New Specialist Service

Salveo Care is opening Wendover Manor, a new 55-bed dementia-focused home in Wendover. We are seeking an experienced Dementia Care Manager to lead the commissioning and development of the service ahead of opening.

You will shape dementia practice, recruit and build your team, establish ways of working, and ensure a person-centred, evidence-based approach, balancing safety with independence for residents.
