The base salary range reflects the fixed compensation for this role. In addition,thispositioniseligiblefor a variable commission plan,withtotalearningsbasedon performanceagainstdefinedtargets. Final basesalarywillbedeterminedusingobjectivecriteriasuchas relevantexperience,skillsandinternalpayequity. All variable compensationisgovernedby a transparent commission structurealignedtoroleexpectations.
