Job Description:
County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse for Specialist Palliative Care in the Community. The role operates 09:00–17:00 within a seven-day rotation, with bank holidays as per policy, across multiple sites including Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham.
The post requires substantial post-registration experience in palliative care, leadership, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
