Senior Housing Standards Lead — Enforcement & Compliance

Sefton Council is seeking a senior Housing Standards & Compliance professional to support the Team Manager in delivering enforcement and licensing services. You will provide expert advice, mentor colleagues and take a lead role in complex cases and legal proceedings where required.

You will work closely with residents, landlords and partner agencies to achieve positive housing outcomes, guiding a team of Housing Practitioners & Compliance Officers while managing your own caseload.
