Senior Social Worker – Transforming Adult Home Care

Cambridge County Council is inviting applications for a Senior Social Worker to join a dedicated 12-month programme supporting the implementation of a new Home Care Framework across Cambridgeshire. You will lead strengths-based reviews, collaborate with individuals, families, carers, providers and partner agencies, and help ensure care plans reflect needs and aspirations.
