Part-Time Fundraising & Partnerships Leader

WeSwim is seeking an experienced fundraiser to lead the next stage of fundraising growth, working with the CEO and Volunteering Manager to develop a strategy focused on unrestricted income through community fundraising, individual giving and corporate partnerships.

This role offers ownership, with the ability to experiment, develop income streams and deliver hands-on fundraising in a collaborative small team. Based in the UK, remote/homing arrangements apply with travel to London as needed.
