Interim Town Clerk & Finance Officer (Hybrid)

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Interim Town Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) to support a Town/Parish/Community Council during a period of change and increased workload. The role is hybrid with an initial 3-month contract and likely extension.

The ideal candidate will have prior Town Clerk or RFO experience, strong governance knowledge, and the ability to manage agendas, minutes and financial regulations. CiLCA is advantageous but not essential.
