Hybrid Local Housing Manager – Leasehold & Social Housing

MTVH is recruiting a Local Housing Manager to deliver housing and estate services for shared ownership/leasehold properties across a defined patch. The role combines on-site presence two days a week with office/homeworking for the remainder, within standard office hours.

You will coordinate internal and external services, manage relationships with Local Authority and external partners, and handle ASB, lease management and enforcement for a customer base with diverse needs.
