Strategic HR Business Partner – South Region

Thermotraffic is seeking an HR Business Partner (South) to translate HR strategy and policy into practical operational practice across the South sites.

The role acts as a trusted sparring partner to managers, providing commercially focused guidance on performance, absence management, talent, organisational development and employment matters, with coverage across the South and Newark office at least one day per week.
