Hybrid HR Advisor (6-Month FTC) | Employee Relations

Day Lewis Pharmacy is seeking an HR Advisor/Junior HRBP to join the People Team on a 6‑month fixed term contract in Croydon. The role includes handling maternity, sickness absence, flexible working requests, probation extensions, and right‑to‑work compliance.

You will deliver HR inductions, support managers, and lead HR projects across 240+ pharmacies, working three days in the office and two days from home.
