Senior Social Worker – Children & Families Leader

Wiltshire Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Family Help and Safeguarding Service in a senior practice capacity. You will manage complex cases involving children in need, those on child protection plans, and children in care, with leadership across partner agencies.

The role offers a hybrid working model with strong management support, reflective supervision and opportunities to influence service development and quality assurance.
