Job Description:
Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified nurse to join the Faster Diagnosis team. You will play a key role in ensuring timely management of patients on the suspected cancer pathway and those using the self-referral pathway, delivering high quality, patient-centred care throughout the diagnostic journey.
The post holder will undertake initial patient assessment, triage, review referrals, arrange investigations, and escalate complex cases to senior staff.
