Senior Governance & Committees Lead (Hybrid, Welsh)

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Democratic Services Officer – Committees to lead the delivery of the Council’s committee function. This role ensures that Council, Cabinet, Committee, Sub-Committee and Panel meetings are conducted efficiently, legally and in line with constitutional and statutory requirements.

You will work closely with Elected Members and senior officers to uphold governance standards, support democratic processes, and drive service improvements
