HR & Health & Safety Lead — Shape Policy & Safety

Reed is seeking a proactive HR & Health & Safety Advisor to support day-to-day HR and lead health and safety initiatives across the business, covering about 50 personnel. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the function and make a tangible impact on operations.

Key duties include recruitment management, HR records upkeep, employee relations support, policy updates, risk assessments, and safety training. CIPD/NEBOSH qualifications are highly desirable.
