Bedford Borough Council is looking for two experienced Social Workers to join the Adult Social Care Front door team. You will respond to residents at first contact, undertake Care Act and carers assessments, risk assessments and strength-based support planning in collaboration with residents, carers and partner agencies.
The role requires excellent assessment and professional decision making to manage complex situations, with office attendance part of the week in Bedford.
