As the business continues to scale, they are seeking an experienced HR & Compliance Manager to take ownership of the people agenda while ensuring robust compliance, governance and employment practices are embedded across the organisation.This is a hands-on role suited to an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and brings a pragmatic, commercial approach to problem-solving.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, balancing operational excellence with strategic thinking while driving a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Manage the full employee life cycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Support organisational growth through effective workforce planning and talent acquisition activity.
  • Maintain and enhance HR policies, procedures and frameworks, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and best practice.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive engagement, performance and retention initiatives.
  • Lead and support people-focused projects, including organisational change, process improvements and culture initiatives.
  • Produce and analyse HR metrics to provide meaningful insights and support business decision-making.
  • Manage HR systems, employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Compliance & Governance

  • Own and maintain key compliance processes, policies and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure the business remains compliant with employment legislation and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Manage compliance audits, risk assessments and reporting activities.
