As Site Security Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, providing strong day-to-day leadership and acting as a key point of contact for our security teams and client. You’ll help create an environment where people feel supported, standards are high, and everyone has the opportunity to perform at their best.
This is more than managing a shift. You’ll take ownership of operational challenges, support and develop our security personnel, monitor service performance and ensure that our client receives a professional, consistent and responsive service around the clock.
You’ll play an important role in strengthening the relationship between Securitas and our client, working collaboratively to identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring our service reflects the values at the heart of everything we do:Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
