Venn Group’s specialist legal recruitment team is recruiting for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor on behalf of a well-established law firm. The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial, contractual and civil disputes




• Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk management




• Handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement, trial or alternative dispute resolution




• Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court pleadings




• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of client service




• Collaborating with colleagues across the wider litigation team and contributing to business development initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience handling dispute resolution matters




• Strong technical knowledge of civil litigation procedures and dispute resolution processes




• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills




• Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high standards of client care




• Organised and detail-oriented approach with strong time management skills




• Commercially minded with a proactive and professional attitude
