Litigation & Dispute Resolutions Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working with a well-established and growing Scottish law firm that is looking to appoint a Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its expanding Litigation team.

Your work is likely to include:

• Housing litigation and repossession proceedings
• Debt recovery
• Civil Sheriff Court matters
• Court of Session work
• Alternative dispute resolution
• Advising social housing providers and other clients

You’ll be trusted to manage your own caseload while having access to support from experienced colleagues when required.

About You

We’re looking for a 2+ PQE Solicitor with solid civil litigation experience who is keen to take the next step in their career.

Requirements

You should have:

• Experience managing your own contentious caseload
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Confidence dealing with clients and providing clear, commercial advice
• Advocacy experience or strong advocacy potential
• The ability to work independently
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support more junior colleagues
• Genuine ambition to develop your practice and progress
