Overview
An experienced Family Solicitor is sought for an immediate requirement in Liverpool. The role offers a varied privately funded caseload covering divorce and financial matters, private children work and higher-value cases, alongside the opportunity to help develop the firm’s Liverpool Family practice.
About the Firm
This is an established North West law firm with offices in St Helens, Runcorn and Widnes. The firm is looking to develop its presence in Liverpool, including its privately funded Family practice.
Role Overview
- Handle a varied caseload of privately funded family matters.
- Advise on divorce, separation and financial matters.
- Deal with private children cases.
- Handle higher-value and more complex family work where appropriate.
- Manage matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Contribute to the development of the firm’s Family offering in Liverpool.
Candidate Profile
The firm envisages someone with around six years’ PQE or above, although this is a guide rather than a rigid requirement.
You should have solid privately funded family experience, ideally covering both financial and private children work. You will be comfortable taking responsibility for your own matters and client relationships.
The opportunity should particularly suit someone who wants a role combining good-quality fee-earning work with the chance to contribute to the development of a Liverpool practice.
