Court of Protection Solicitor – Hybrid, Manchester

HARKAYE CORE TALENT LIMITED is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor in Manchester with a strong Private Client background. You will assist a Deputy and handle a national caseload of deputyships and trusts while building your own practice.

The role involves client meetings in and out of the office and collaboration with Clinical Negligence colleagues. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years PQE, knowledge of Mental Capacity Act and welfare benefits, and a STEP interest or qualification.
