Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking an experienced Head Chef or Chef Manager to cover holidays and sickness, and to support with locations requiring extra support. You will lead a fast-paced kitchen, create seasonal menus, and maintain brand standards with fresh ingredients and rigorous cost control.
