A North West based property and building consultancy is recruiting experienced Commercial Building Surveyors at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level. You will advise on technical condition, risk and future requirements across a portfolio of commercial properties for owners, landlords and investors.
Ideal candidates are MRICS/FRICS Building Surveyors with commercial consultancy experience, and those working towards chartership will also be considered.
