Hybrid Development Traffic Engineer

Derby City Council is seeking a Traffic and Transportation Engineer to join the New Streets and Highways Development Control team. You will lead on assessing planning applications and proposals, evaluating their impact on highway and transport networks, and provide evidence-based recommendations.

You will collaborate with planning officers, developers and other stakeholders to secure safe access, efficient schemes and deliver sustainable transport outcomes for Derby’s growing city.
