Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor Bramhall £47,551 – £49,551 Permanent Outsource UK are proud to partner with Exolum, a global leader in the storage, transportation and management of liquid products and energy infrastructure. Exolum operates critical infrastructure across the UK and internationally, providing the safe and efficient transportation and storage of fuels and other liquid products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities
• Provide leadership and direction to operational and technical teams
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures
• Promote a strong health, safety and environmental culture across the site
• Coordinate planned and reactive operational activities
• Monitor performance and ensure operational standards are maintained
• Support maintenance and engineering activities where required
• Ensure appropriate permits, procedures and risk controls are followed
• Identify and upscale operational issues as required
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within an operational environment
• A strong understanding of health, safety and operational procedures
• Experience within a regulated, safety-critical or industrial environment
• The ability to coordinate people and operational activities effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership
• Experience within fuel, aviation, terminals, oil and gas, energy, chemicals or another process/industrial environment would be particularly relevant.
