Premium Residential Facilities Manager

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Facilities Manager for a premier riverside development. You’ll lead the on-site team, manage M&E, and ensure safety, compliance and high-quality maintenance across common areas and facilities.

In this role you will coordinate pool and spa operations, water hygiene regimes and contractor oversight, while delivering exceptional resident service in a premium environment. A strong focus on CAFM, RAMS and audits is essential.
