Offender Management Specialist (Low/Med Risk)

Ministry of Justice is seeking a Prison Offender Manager to lead management and assessment of low to medium risk prisoners, preparing, implementing and evaluating sentence plans with prisoners to reduce reoffending. The role is non-operational with no line management and is rotational.

Responsibilities include supervising offenders, coordinating sentence plans, liaising with MAPPA and other agencies, and producing professional reports for criminal justice partners. Hybrid working is available.
