Guest Services & Events Manager | Front-of-House Leader

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Guest Services & Events Manager to lead a front-of-house and events operation in a prestigious corporate environment in Glasgow. You will manage a team of four, oversee guest experience, and drive event planning from brief to delivery.

Working closely with reception, catering, facilities and stakeholders, you will maintain high service standards, build relationships, and look for opportunities to create memorable wow moments while staying hands-on when needed.
