Marketing Manager – Leicester – £35,000-£45,000

A successful and growing business based in Leicester is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join their team and take ownership of their marketing function. They have a strong presence in their sector and are looking for someone to help drive their next phase of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who wants real autonomy and the chance to make a genuine impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and executing marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
• Managing campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, content and social
• Owning the marketing budget and reporting on performance against KPIs
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing with commercial objectives
• Managing external agencies and suppliers where needed
• Identifying opportunities for growth and brand development

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a marketing management role
• Strong digital marketing knowledge across multiple channels
• Commercially driven with excellent analytical skills
• Confident communicator who can influence at senior level
• Agency or in-house background both considered
• Team leadership experience a bonus
