Key Responsibilities
- Lead catering, food service and hospitality operations across multiple sites.
- Build strong client relationships, supporting customer satisfaction and contract retention.
- Manage budgets, P&L performance, food and labour costs, and financial reporting.
- Recruit, coach and develop managers, chefs, supervisors and frontline teams.
- Oversee catering events, conferences, hospitality functions and special events.
- Drive continuous improvement across service quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and company standards.
- Manage suppliers, procurement, stock control and key performance indicators.
What we’re looking for
- We’re looking for an experienced catering professional who is confident managing multiple operations and leading large teams.
- Previous Contract Catering experience is essential.
- Proven multi-site management experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and P&L.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
