Oyster is seeking an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to join the Midlands Public Sector Property Services team. The role focuses on managing housing disrepair claims from inception to resolution, with inspections and detailed work schedules for compliance and legal proceedings.

The position requires knowledge of housing legislation, strong report-writing, and experience in Local Authority or social housing environments. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH is offered.
