Pastry Chef de Partie — Iconic Museum Kitchen

Benugo is seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. This role offers the chance to contribute to high quality hospitality, events and fine dining in a prestigious setting.

You will handle food preparation, stock rotation and labeling, work with the pastry team to develop recipes, and uphold food safety standards. The position is full-time, permanent, with an hourly rate up to £15 on shift.
